Please make certain that your pet is not on furniture,
beds, or the spa cover
Please clean up your pet’s waste
Please curtail dog barking to ensure the peaceful
environment
Pets should be restrained from digging – replacement of
shrubbery, plants, and landscaping lighting is very
costly
We would be delighted if your pet arrived with clipped
nails. We will happily provide ‘doggy towels’ to wipe
your pet’s paws upon entering the home
When visiting Winter Springs Ranch please do not leave
pets unattended. We request that they be supervised at
all times. It is our goal to provide a safe environment
both for your pet and all the other animals on this
1,000 acre private wildlife preserve
Although a pet fee has been paid ($50/pet/stay), any costs to repair
pet damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any costs for damage to the premises incurred during
your stay in excess of the security deposit paid, must
be reimbursed to Oregon Coast Vacation Rentals |
